When items are made to order I aim to ship them out within one to two weeks. Some maybe faster but as it’s made to order please allow this time frame for your order to be dispatched.
If you need your order within a certain time frame please get in touch and we see if it’s possible to dispatch sooner.
How long is delivery?
Domestic (Portugal) - CTT - Delivery time is about 3 working days
Worldwide Shipping - CTT Registered - 5 to 7 working days to Europe
Rest of the World - 7 to 15 working days
(please note there can be unpredictable delays during delivery so if you need something for a certain date please do get in touch, once the item is shipped delivery dates are not promised.

Please note if you are ordering outside the EU, you may have to pay custom fees or local taxes which will be different depending on the country you are ordering to.
This is not calculated at checkout and you will need to check for letters\emails from your local postal service. All custom fees are subject to additional charges and paid by the customer please check this with your local postal service if you are unsure.
Uncollected packages might not be returned to the sender (us) and are not eligible for a refund so please keep an eye out for all notifications regarding your order.
If you are unsure of which sizes to get please get in touch, please do not order multiple sizes to test as this is a slow fashion brand this is considered wasteful. As almost everything is made to order Yllin can take your measurements and make sure the fit is correct for you or guide you with what size to select please send an email :)
Can I return an order?
Can I return items?
Yes of course if you don’t like it or the fit isn’t right or just whatever reason you have, you can return items for a refund or exchange please send an email asap regarding this. Return costs will need to be paid for by the buyer at their local rate, please also always keep proof of postage.
You can not return
Knickers/Thongs/Panties and I can not take returns on custom pieces but do get in touch if you have any issues and we can come up with a nice soloution.
